Maryland is where Doze Dental started, and where our patient intake is fully live. We're accepting inquiries from patients across the state — anxious adults, special needs adults, dementia and memory-care patients, and anyone who has struggled with traditional dental visits.
For patients: Submit an inquiry and we'll work to match you with a sedation-trained dentist near you. Network is actively growing — match times may vary depending on your specific care needs and location.
For Maryland dentists: If you offer sedation, special-needs, or trauma-informed care and have capacity for matched patients, we'd like to talk to you. Founders Program slots still open.

D.C. is next on our rollout. We're building relationships with sedation-credentialed dentists across the district and confirming D.C.-specific licensing and compliance requirements before we open patient intake.
D.C. dentists: If you offer sedation, special-needs, or anxiety-focused care in the district, applications are open now. Early providers get Founders Program pricing locked in for the lifetime of their account.
D.C. patients: Add yourself to our waitlist — we'll reach out as soon as we have credentialed providers in your area. In the meantime, if you're able to travel to a Maryland practice, we may be able to match you with a Maryland provider. Dentists are licensed state by state, so a Maryland-licensed provider can only treat you at their Maryland location — they cannot practice in the District.

Virginia is one of our top-priority next states. Northern Virginia in particular has a high concentration of patients who travel into D.C. and Maryland for sedation care that doesn't exist near them. We're building local network density first before opening patient intake.
Virginia dentists: Applications open now. We're especially interested in practices serving NoVA, Richmond, and the Tidewater area. Founders Program pricing available.
Virginia patients: Join the waitlist for your area. We notify you when matched providers become available. If you live near the Maryland line and are able to travel to a Maryland practice, we may be able to match you with a Maryland provider in the meantime. Dentists are licensed state by state, so a Maryland-licensed provider can only treat you at their Maryland location — they cannot practice in Virginia.

Ohio is our first Midwest expansion target. Strong rural and suburban populations of patients with limited sedation dentistry access, combined with several existing dental sedation networks, make it a natural next region. Patient intake will open after we have credentialed provider coverage in major metros.
