Doze Dental connects practices like yours with patients who actively need sedation-based care: anxious adults who've avoided the chair for years, families caring for special needs loved ones, and pain-sensitive patients ready to invest in comprehensive treatment.
We'll review your application and follow up within 2 business days.
We connect you with the patients other dental marketing channels miss.
Every lead has explicitly searched for sedation-trained dentists. They've consented to be contacted and are ready to schedule a consult — no cold leads, no tire-kickers.
Patients who delay dental care often need comprehensive treatment plans — full-mouth restorations, multiple extractions, implants under sedation. Average case value runs far above standard hygiene leads.
Founded by sedation professionals who understand the workflow. We screen for fit, communicate in clinical terms, and don't waste your time with poor-fit matches.
Three populations who are dramatically underserved by general dentistry — and who recognize quality sedation care when they find it.
Often need extensive restorative work after years of avoidance. They're highly loyal once they find a provider who treats them with respect.
Families and care facilities searching for providers willing and equipped to treat patients with autism, intellectual disabilities, or complex medical needs.
Patients with low pain thresholds, past traumatic dental experiences, or chronic pain conditions. They invest in providers who take their concerns seriously.
Simple, transparent, and built around your existing workflow.

Monthly performance reports, quarterly check-ins, and feedback loops to keep lead quality high. Featured listing tiers available as you scale.
How we charge and what's included at each level. Exact pricing is finalized on our discovery call, since rates vary by service area density and sedation specialty.
Monthly subscription, billed in advance via Stripe. Per-lead fees (where applicable) billed the following month based on verified leads delivered.
Pause or cancel with 30 days' notice. No long-term contracts required. Annual prepay discounts available for committed practices.
Bad leads — fake info, wrong treatment category, unreachable after documented attempts — are credited or replaced at no charge. Details below.
Exact pricing depends on your service area density, sedation specialties, and tier selected. We finalize numbers on the discovery call so you get a rate that fits your practice — not a one-size-fits-all quote.
Subscriptions are per location, not per dentist — group practices pay one subscription regardless of how many sedation-credentialed providers are on staff. Multi-location owners get a tiered discount on each additional location. DSOs and networks of 16+ locations: custom Enterprise pricing available. Ask on your discovery call.
The fastest way to lose trust in a lead-gen partner is to bill for junk. We're explicit about what counts as a billable lead — and what doesn't — before you ever sign anything.
Every per-lead charge is auditable in your monthly statement. Disputes are resolved within 5 business days, and credits roll to the next billing period.
A patient who submitted complete, valid contact info matching your service area and sedation specialty, and who can be reached by phone or email within 5 business days.
Fake names or fake contact info. Wrong numbers verified by carrier or repeated NDR bounces. Leads outside your declared service area. Leads for treatments you don't offer. Duplicates submitted within 90 days.
Flag the lead in your dashboard within 14 days. We investigate within 5 business days. Confirmed bad leads are replaced or credited in full at your choice.
A patient who chooses a different practice, ghosts after one conversation, can't afford treatment, or doesn't book. Those are normal sales-cycle outcomes — not lead quality issues.
To maintain trust with patients and caregivers, all network providers meet these baseline requirements.

"Anxious adults, families navigating special needs care, patients with pain sensitivity — they often spend weeks or months searching for the right provider. Doze Dental exists to shorten that search and connect them with the practices already doing this work well."
See our pricing structure above. We charge a monthly subscription, a per-lead fee, or a hybrid depending on tier. Exact numbers depend on your service area density and sedation specialties — we finalize them on a 20-minute discovery call so you get a rate that fits your practice, not a generic quote. Annual prepay discounts available.
Honestly: because lead value varies enormously by market. A sedation lead in dense urban Annapolis isn't the same as one in rural Maryland. Posting a single price either overcharges practices in low-density areas or undercharges in high-density ones. The discovery call takes 20 minutes and we share exact numbers in writing immediately after, before any commitment.
Each matched patient arrives via email (and optionally SMS) within minutes of submitting their inquiry. The notification includes their name, phone, email, ZIP, who the visit is for, and the treatment they're seeking. You contact them directly to schedule.
By default, each patient is matched with up to three providers in their area based on fit. Our Exclusive tier offers custom patient-matching preferences that inform how leads are routed to your practice. We discuss routing structure during onboarding.
Our policy: bad leads (fake info, wrong treatment category, unreachable after documented attempts) are replaced or credited at no charge. Quality control is core to keeping the network healthy.
No. Doze Dental is strictly a marketing and matching service. All scheduling, clinical decisions, billing, insurance handling, and treatment happen entirely within your practice. We are not a covered entity under HIPAA and do not collect protected health information.
Yes. You can pause your lead intake anytime (for vacation, capacity, or any reason). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access to received leads.
Subscriptions are per location, not per dentist. Whether you have one sedation-credentialed dentist or four, your practice pays one subscription for that location. Any credentialed dentist on staff can take leads we deliver. This is intentional — lead volume depends on territory demand, not your headcount.
Yes. For owners with 2-15 locations, we apply a tiered discount on the monthly subscription portion of each additional location (5% off for 2-3 locations, 10% off for 4-7, 15% off for 8-15). Per-lead fees remain at standard rates regardless of network size — that's intentional, since lead acquisition cost doesn't scale with location count. You'd sign one Master Services Agreement with a short Per-Location Addendum for each practice, and receive a single consolidated monthly invoice. Multi-state networks welcome.
Yes. For networks of 16 or more locations, we move to custom Enterprise pricing tailored to your structure. Includes dedicated account management, custom reporting, integration support, and consolidated billing. Pilot programs available for evaluating fit before full network rollout. Reach out and we'll set up a discovery call with your operations team.
