No. Doze Dental is strictly a referral and matching service. All scheduling, clinical decisions, billing, insurance handling, and treatment happen entirely within your practice. We are not a covered entity under HIPAA and do not collect protected health information.
Yes. You can pause your lead intake anytime (for vacation, capacity, or any reason). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access to received leads.
