Lead Quality Guarantee

You only pay for real leads.

The fastest way to lose trust in a lead-gen partner is to bill for junk. We're explicit about what counts as a billable lead — and what doesn't — before you ever sign anything.

Every per-lead charge is auditable in your monthly statement. Disputes are resolved within 5 business days, and credits roll to the next billing period.

What counts as billable

A patient who submitted complete, valid contact info matching your service area and sedation specialty, and who can be reached by phone or email within 5 business days.

What doesn't count

Fake names or fake contact info. Wrong numbers verified by carrier or repeated NDR bounces. Leads outside your declared service area. Leads for treatments you don't offer. Duplicates submitted within 90 days.

Refund or replacement

Flag the lead in your dashboard within 14 days. We investigate within 5 business days. Confirmed bad leads are replaced or credited in full at your choice.

What's NOT a bad lead

A patient who chooses a different practice, ghosts after one conversation, can't afford treatment, or doesn't book. Those are normal sales-cycle outcomes — not lead quality issues.

Honestly: because lead value varies enormously by market. A sedation lead in dense urban Annapolis isn't the same as one in rural Maryland. Posting a single price either overcharges practices in low-density areas or undercharges in high-density ones. The discovery call takes 20 minutes and we share exact numbers in writing immediately after, before any commitment.

Each matched patient arrives via email (and optionally SMS) within minutes of submitting their inquiry. The notification includes their name, phone, email, ZIP, who the visit is for, and the treatment they're seeking. You contact them directly to schedule.

By default, each patient is matched with up to three providers in their area. Exclusive ZIP coverage is available at a higher tier — fewer practices, no overlap, premium pricing. We discuss this during onboarding.

Our policy: bad leads (fake info, wrong treatment category, unreachable after documented attempts) are replaced or credited at no charge. Quality control is core to keeping the network healthy.

No. Doze Dental is strictly a referral and matching service. All scheduling, clinical decisions, billing, insurance handling, and treatment happen entirely within your practice. We are not a covered entity under HIPAA and do not collect protected health information.

Yes. You can pause your lead intake anytime (for vacation, capacity, or any reason). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access to received leads.
